Interested in working with digital communication, content production and analytics in one of Denmark’s largest enterprise foundations – and do you have strong communication skills? At the LEO Foundation, we are looking for a student assistant to join our communications team.
You will become an important part of a small communications team, working on a variety of tasks across the Foundation’s activities – from our support to international skin research to the engaged ownership of the pharmaceutical company LEO Pharma. The overall ambition behind the LEO Foundation’s work is to make a difference for people living with skin diseases.
You will help produce and develop content across our channels and target groups, and you will contribute with analyses and ideas on how we can further develop our content and formats.

- Creating and designing on-brand visuals, including layouts, infographics, and images (e.g., in Canva)
- Managing and updating our communications toolbox, including our image library, standard PowerPoint presentations, and templates
- Assisting the communications team with day-to-day tasks.
The team consists of a Head of Communications, a Communications Advisor – and you. You will be part of the daily life of the Foundation and take part in staff meetings, professional discussions, and social activities with colleagues.
About you:
You are studying communication or a related field at bachelor’s or master’s level and preferably have at least 1½ years left of your studies.
You:
- are curious and reflective, contributing ideas and perspectives to our communication
- can produce clear and engaging content for digital channels – text, visuals, videos
- work in a structured way and pay attention to detail, ensuring that content, deadlines, and information on our channels are up to date
- are comfortable balancing creative tasks with coordination and practical responsibilities
- have an analytical mindset and interest in understanding how communication drives awareness and engagement.
- strong written communication skills in English.
You get:
- the opportunity to work both practically and analytically with digital communication
- insight into the strategic considerations behind the Foundation’s communication
- a central role in a small team with responsibility for your own tasks
- experienced and engaged colleagues who provide constructive feedback and share knowledge
- a flexible workplace with a casual tone.
Our office is located at Lautrupsgade 7 in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
We need you for approximately 15 hours per week. Working hours and days will be agreed upon, and we are flexible and will of course accommodate your studies.
