The LEO Foundation has awarded nearly 3 million DKK to three projects aimed at fostering scientific interest in children, youth, and the public.
A new science festival PARK, STEM role models for young women and a new teaching method to teach science in elementary schools are three initiatives that have just received Education and Awareness Grants.
The goal of the Education and Awareness program is to strengthen the pipeline of future researchers within the fields of medicine, chemistry, and pharmacy, and to raise awareness about science, including skin and skin diseases.
