global pharmaceutical company <a href=\"https:\/\/leo-pharma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LEO Pharma A\/S<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/leo-foundation.org\/en\/about-us\/how-we-work\/#charter\">charter<\/a>, the LEO Foundation is the permanent controlling owner of LEO Pharma, and we exercise engaged ownership to href=\"https:\/\/www.leo-pharma.com\/who-we-are\/our-governance\/board-of-directors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Board of Directors of LEO Pharma<\/a> sets the company\u2019s overall strategic direction and supervises the management of the company, which is executed on a day-to-day basis by the executive leadership team. The remaining shares are owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordiccapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nordic Capital<\/a>, an active and experienced private equity investor in healthcare globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LEO Foundation has established a wholly owned subsidiary, LEO Holding A\/S, to manage the Foundation\u2019s investment activities, incl. the ownership of LEO Pharma.
