The LEO Foundation operates by the LEO Code of Conduct. The LEO Code of Conduct ensures consistent actions and attitudes by addressing and resolving ethical and compliance-related issues that may arise in our daily work.
We believe that building and maintaining high standards are pivotal to our ability to live our mission of promoting the health and well being of people with skin diseases through an active ownership of LEO Pharma and through unrestricted support to dermatological research.
We believe that we all have a commitment to do things the right way, and we must all be motivated, empowered and supported to do so.
Compliance with the LEO Code of Conduct is mandatory for all LEO employees, members of the Board of Trustees and associates of the LEO Foundation.

The LEO Foundation does not have a policy on Corporate Social Responsibility as the LEO Group’s activities primarily reside with LEO Pharma. LEO Pharma’s CSR Report can be found here.
The LEO Foundation operates its whistleblowing policy through the same set-up as LEO Pharma.
What should be reported are serious concerns regarding:
